1 Vacuum Hose

• From the secondary air injection solenoid valve.



2 Right Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Testing and Inspection.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Right ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Right.

3 Bolt

• 9 Nm

4 Secondary Air Injection Sensor 1 (G609)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Sensor 1 G609 ] Service and Repair.

5 O-ring

• Always replace

6 Bolt

• 5 Nm

7 Left Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking for Function and Leaks ] Testing and Inspection.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Left ] Secondary Air Injection Combination Valve, Left.

8 Vacuum Hose

• From the secondary air injection solenoid valve 2.

9 Gasket

• Always replace

10 Secondary Air Hose

• Pressure side.

11 Bonded Rubber Bushing

• Quantity: 3

12 Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor (V101)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor V101 ] Service and Repair.

• Secure the connector to the bracket.

• Checking use "Guided Functions" in the vehicle diagnostic tester.

13 Bracket

• Riveted to the body.

14 Nut

• 9 Nm

• Quantity: 3

15 O-rings

• Replace if damaged.

16 Secondary Air Hose

• Intake side

17 Secondary Air Injection Pipe

18 Gasket

• Always replace.
