LIGHTING (INT): BACK DOOR COURTESY SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back door lock assembly.

(b) Install the back door lock assembly with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(c) Engage the 4 clamps and connect the connector.

7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD Installation

8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH Installation

11. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD Installation

12. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

13. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Installation

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation

15. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH Installation

16. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

17. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

18. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for Separate Type) Installation
