1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Removal

2. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the water by-pass hose.





(b) Remove the bolt and nut.





(c) Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the stud bolt.

(d) Remove the 2 bolts.





(e) Remove the bolt, nut, EGR cooler and 2 gaskets.
