63-11: Check Power to Relay

- Disconnect wire harness from pump motor relay.

- Check voltage between wire harness to pump motor relay connector pin A and ground.

- Is there a minimum of 10 volts?

YES -- Go to 63-12. 63-12: Check Circuit 651

NO -- Service or replace battery, 40 amp fuse or circuit 533 (T/R). Restore vehicle. Retest system.
