63-12: Check Circuit 651

- Check for continuity between wire harness to pump motor relay connector pin C and ground.

- Is continuity present?

YES -- Go to 63-13. 63-13: Check Pump Motor

NO -- Service circuit 651 (BK/Y). Restore vehicle. Retest system.
