HYBRID BATTERY CONTROL: BATTERY SMART UNIT: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE HYBRID BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the hybrid junction block assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE BATTERY SMART UNIT





CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

(a) Disconnect the 3 connectors from the battery smart unit.

(b) Remove the nut and battery smart unit.

NOTICE:
Insulate the connectors of the removed high voltage wires with insulating tape.
