With EM011 and PI042 disconnected, measure the resistance between, in turn
PI042/003 and EM011/015
PI042/005 and EM011/016

- Is the resistance < 0.5 (ohms)?
Yes
GO to C9 C9: Check Harness Continuity - Signal (Mechanical Guard)
No
Inspect PI042, EM011, and PI001 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
