Normal Operation
A variable pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied to the instrument panel and switches through circuit 29S-DA2 (OG/BU).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 29-DA2 (OG/BU) short to voltage
- Headlamp switch
