Normal Operation
Voltage is supplied to the headlamp switch through circuit 29-LE29 (OG/BK). With the parking lamps on, the instrument panel dimmer switch, which is an integral part of the headlamp switch, uses electronic circuitry to generate a variable pulse width modulated (PWM) output to the instrument panel and all applicable switches on circuit 29S-DA2 (OG/BU). The headlamp switch assembly is provided ground through circuit 31-LE29 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 29S-DA2 (OG/BU) open or short to ground
- Circuit 31-LE29 (BK) open
- Headlamp switch.
