Normal Operation
Under normal operation, when the flash-to-pass feature is activated, the multifunction switch provides a ground signal to the SJB through circuit 1395 (RD/PK).

Possible Causes
- An open in circuit 1395 (RD/PK)
- A short to voltage in circuit 1395 (RD/PK)
- Multifunction switch
- Smart junction box (SJB)
