EVAP 9 - Check Vacuum at VMV Input Hose to Intake Manifold

^ Key OFF.

^ VMV solenoid disconnected.

^ VMV input port vacuum hose disconnected at the VMV.

^ Start engine.

^ Place thumb on open end of vacuum hose.

^ Key OFF.

^ Was vacuum present at the input port hose?

YES -- Reconnect VMV input port vacuum hose. Go to EVAP 10. EVAP 10 - Check Vacuum: EVAP Hose From VMV to Intake Manifold

YES -- Reconnect VMV. Check VMV input port vacuum hose for proper routing, kinks, leaks or blockage.
