CRANKSHAFT BALANCER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

- Tools Required
- J 23523-F Crankshaft Balancer Remover





1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the fan shroud assembly. Service and Repair
3. Remove the drive belt.
4. Remove the crankshaft balancer. Service and Repair
5. Clean and inspect all parts.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

- J 39046 Crankshaft Balancer Installer





1. Install the crankshaft balancer.
2. Install the drive belt.
3. Install the fan shroud assembly.
4. Connect the battery negative cable.
