1 Nut

• Replace

• Coat the thread with hot bolt paste; for the correct hot bolt paste, refer to the Parts Catalog.

• Tightening specifications and sequence, refer to => [ Left Exhaust Manifold, Tightening Specifications and Sequence ] , => [ Right Exhaust Manifold, Tightening Specifications and Sequence ]

2 Heat Shield Bracket

3 Exhaust Manifold

• Removing and installing: left => [ Left Exhaust Manifold ] Left Exhaust Manifold, right => [ Right Exhaust Manifold ] Right Exhaust Manifold

4 Gasket

• Replace

5 Heat Shield

6 Bolt

• 10 Nm

7 Oxygen Sensor

• Before catalytic converter

8 Catalytic Converter

• Assembly overview, refer to => [ Muffler Overview ] Muffler Overview

9 Nut

• 23 Nm

• Replace

• Coat the thread with hot bolt paste; for the correct hot bolt paste, refer to the Parts Catalog.

10 Gasket

• Replace

Left Exhaust Manifold, Tightening Specifications and Sequence





• Replace the nuts.

• Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste; for the correct hot bolt paste, refer to the Parts Catalog.

- Tighten the nuts in 3 steps according to the tightening sequence:
