If the vehicle has lane change assist, calibrate the lane change assistance control module (J769) / (J770).






1 Bumper cover lower section

Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Bumper Cover Lower Section ] Bumper Cover Lower Section

2 Rear bumper cover

Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Rear Bumper Cover ] Rear Bumper Cover

3 Bolt

2 Nm

4 Bolt

Quantity: 3

Tightening sequence => [ Bumper Cover Side Mount - Tightening Specification and Sequence ]

5 Side mount

For the bumper cover

Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Bumper Cover Side Mount ] Bumper Cover Side Mount

6 Rear parking aid sensor

7 Locking rail

8 Upper mount

9 Bolt

10 Lane change assistance control module

12 Center mount

For the bumper cover

Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Bumper Cover Mount ] Center Bumper Cover Mount

13 Nut

Quantity: 2

Tightening sequence => [ Bumper Cover Center Mount - Tightening Specification and Sequence ]

14 Bumper cover trim

15 Cover

For the towing eye

16 Bolt

Vehicles without a trailer hitch: 3 bolts

Vehicles with a trailer hitch: 2 bolts

1.7 Nm

Bumper Cover Upper Mount - Tightening Specification and Sequence





- Tighten the bolts in a - 1 to 3 - sequence to 2 Nm.

Bumper Cover Center Mount - Tightening Specification and Sequence





- Tighten the nuts to 1.5 Nm in the following sequence: - 1 and 2 -.

Bumper Cover Side Mount - Tightening Specification and Sequence





- Tighten the bolts in a - 1 to 3 - sequence to 2 Nm.
