• Replace

• 9 Nm

8 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

• Cylinder bank 1 (right)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Throttle Valve Control Modules ] Throttle Valve Control Modules

• After replacing, perform an adaptation in guided functions

9 Gasket

10 Gasket

• Replace

11 Bolt

• 9 Nm

12 Throttle Valve Control Module 2 (J544)

• Cylinder bank 2 (left)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Throttle Valve Control Modules ] Throttle Valve Control Modules

• After replacing, perform an adaptation in guided functions

• 2.5 Nm

14 Fuel Filler Tubes

• Tightening order

Intake Manifold Upper Section Tightening Specification and Sequence





- Tighten the intake manifold upper section bolts in three stages in a diagonal sequence.

Step 1: tighten the bolts - 1 to 4 - to 11 Nm

• The intake manifold upper section comes into contact with the cylinder head.

Step 2: tighten the bolts - 9 to 12 - to 11 Nm

Step 3: Tighten the bolts - 1 to 12 - to 11 Nm one more time.
