2 Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve (N156)

3 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

4 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

5 Intake Manifold Change-Over Actuator

• Installed location of tooth segments for variable intake manifold => [ Installed Location of Tooth Segments
for Variable Intake Manifold ]

• As replacement part together with - 26 -

6 Seal

• Replace if damaged

• Lift out with screwdriver to replace

• Press in by hand

7 Ball Pin

• 2.5 Nm

8 Intake Manifold Upper Section

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold, Upper Section ] Intake Manifold, Upper Section

9 Seal

• Replace

10 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

11 Bracket

12 Bolt

• 6 Nm

13 EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80)

14 Hose

• 3 Nm

16 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42) / Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor (G71)

17 O-ring

• Replace

18 Bolt

• 2.5 Nm

19 Crankcase Ventilation Hose

20 O-ring

• Replace

21 Bolt

• 8 Nm

22 Washer

23 Sleeve

24 Seals

• Replace

25 Seal

• Replace if damaged

• Lift out with screwdriver to replace

• Press in by hand
