Removal

Remove the oil pan. Refer to: Oil pan, B6324S Service and Repair.








Pull out the lock pin.

Installation

Caution! Make sure that new components are installed.




The oil pump has a plastic coating (1) to ensure the right clearance during installation. It is therefore very important that a new component is always use and that the positioning pin (2) is not removed until all screws have been tightened.





Install the following items:
1. Press in the pin
2. Press the oil pump towards the crankshaft pulley
3. M7. Refer to Specifications, B6324S Tightening Torque
4. M6. Refer to Specifications, B6324S Tightening Torque




M7. Refer to Specifications, B6324S Tightening Torque

Remove the locating pin.

Install the oil pan. Refer to: Oil pan, B6324S Service and Repair.
