Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the following items:
- Engine oil level sensor. Refer to: Level sensor engine oil, B6324S Service and Repair
- Engine pad right. Refer to: Engine support insulator, right, B6324S Engine Support Insulator, Right
- Engine Front Lower Support Insulator. Refer to: Lower torque rod front, B6324S Lower Torque Rod Front
- Starter motor. Refer to: Starter motor, B6324S Service and Repair





















Installation





Caution! Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Caution! Take extra care not to damage the mating faces.

Use: Sealant, 1161 771

Use the tool as a template and trace with a felt-tip pen. Apply sealant. - 2.5 ±0.5mm.
The component must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.

To ensure sealing in the joint, all screws shall be tightened twice in a row.

Install the following items:
1. M7. Tightening torque, B6324S Tightening Torque
2. M7 Tightening torque, B6324S Tightening Torque




M10. Tightening torque, B6324S Tightening Torque




M6. Tightening torque, B6324S Tightening Torque




M6. Tightening torque, B6324S Tightening Torque




M6. Tightening torque, B6324S Tightening Torque

Install the following items:
- Engine pad right. Refer to: Engine support insulator, right, B6324S Engine Support Insulator, Right
- Engine Front Lower Support Insulator. Refer to: Lower torque rod front, B6324S Lower Torque Rod Front
- Starter motor. Refer to: Starter motor, B6324S Service and Repair
- Engine oil level sensor. Refer to: Level sensor engine oil, B6324S Service and Repair
