Check the cable between the ultrasonic sensor control module #B1 and the sender microphone #1 for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring And Terminals. Permanent Fault , short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring And Terminals. Permanent Fault and for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring And Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Check the cable between the ultrasonic sensor control module #B2 and the sender microphone #2 for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Hint: After carrying out the repair, check that the fault has been remedied as follows:




- Remove the key from the ignition switch.
- Ensure that all doors and hatches are shut including the hood and the trunk lid / tailgate.
- Activate the alarm by locking the car using the remote control. Wait approximately 30 seconds. Unlock the car again.
- Ignition on.
Read off diagnostic trouble code (DTC) status.
The status of the relevant diagnostic trouble code (DTC) should be intermittent.
