Installation (from 07/2011)

1NZ-FE ENGINE MECHANICAL: ENGINE UNIT (for Hatchback): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

(a) Install the 2 wire harness clamp brackets with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf) bolt B

2. INSTALL BOOSTER VACUUM TUBE

(a) Install the booster vacuum tube with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

(a) Install the No. 1 water by-pass pipe through a new gasket with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)
