Installation





P410 HYBRID TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: MOTOR CABLE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL MOTOR CABLE

NOTICE:
Wear insulated gloves.

(a) Install the motor cable to the hybrid transaxle assembly with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
Keep the sealing surface of the motor cable and the connector terminal joint free of foreign matter.

(b) Engage the 2 claws to install a new terminal cap.





NOTICE:
When installing the terminal cap to the motor cable terminal block, keep the sealing surface free of foreign matter.

(c) Place the motor cable connector shell in position and install it with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(d) Connect the 3 clamps.

4. INSTALL INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY Installation

5. CONNECT WATER HOSE Installation

6. CONNECT NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE Installation

7. REMOVE INVERTER TERMINAL COVER Installation

8. CONNECT NO. 2 ENGINE WIRE Installation

9. CONNECT HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE OF FRONT TRANSAXLE Installation

10. CONNECT FRAME WIRE Installation

11. CHECK HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE CONNECTION Installation

12. INSTALL INVERTER TERMINAL COVER Installation

13. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM MAIN WIRE Installation

14. INSTALL NO. 1 INVERTER BRACKET Installation

15. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP Installation

16. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

17. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD Installation

18. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Installation

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for Separate Type) Installation

20. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) Coolant (for Inverter)

21. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) Testing and Inspection

22. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)

23. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER (w/ Cover)

24. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

25. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Installation
