BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: STEERING ANGLE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SPIRAL CABLE WITH STEERING ANGLE SENSOR

(a) Install the spiral cable with steering angle sensor Installation.

NOTICE:
* Do not replace the spiral cable with steering angle sensor with the battery connected and the power switch on (IG).
* Do not rotate the spiral cable with steering angle sensor with the battery connected and the power switch on (IG).
* Ensure that the steering wheel is installed and aligned straight when inspecting the steering angle sensor.
* Do not remove the steering angle sensor from the spiral cable.

2. INSTALL UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER Installation

3. INSTALL LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER Installation

4. ALIGN FRONT WHEELS FACING STRAIGHT AHEAD

5. ADJUST SPIRAL CABLE Installation

6. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSPECT STEERING WHEEL CENTER POINT

8. INSTALL STEERING PAD
