LIGHTING (EXT): HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure described below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect each connector.

(b) Engage the clamp.

(c) Install the headlight assembly with the 3 screws and bolt.

Screw - Torque : 3.6 Nm (37 kgf-cm, 32 in-lbf)

Bolt - Torque : 4.1 Nm (42 kgf-cm, 36 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

3. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

4. INSTALL LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER (for HID Headlight) Installation

5. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
