Installation

HYBRID / BATTERY CONTROL: SUB RADIATOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts.





Bolt A - Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

Bolt B - Torque : 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 water hoses.

NOTICE:
* Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.
* Make sure to align the alignment marks of the hoses with the ribs of the radiator assembly.
* Do not remove the pieces of cloth or plastic bags from the pipes and disconnected hoses until installation.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the radiator side deflector RH.

3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT Installation

4. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 5 INVERTER BRACKET Installation

7. INSTALL INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER Reassembly

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

Installation

11. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) Coolant (for Inverter)

12. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) Testing and Inspection
