Reassembly

ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: BACK DOOR:

COMPONENTS










REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (Installation)

2. INSTALL BACK DOOR GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY OUTSIDE





(a) Install the back door garnish sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)
3. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE
(a) Install the back door outside handle with the 2 nuts, and then reconnect the connector.
Torque: 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)
4. INSTALL LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the door lock actuator to the door lock with the 3 screws.





(b) Install the back door lock assembly with the 3 bolts, and the reconnect the connector and link.
Torque: 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)
6. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER & KEY SET





(a) Install the door lock cylinder with the 2 nuts.
(b) Reconnect the 2 links to the door lock cylinder.
7. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (Installation)

8. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM ASSEMBLY (Installation)

9. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY





(a) Engage the 11 clips and install the back door trim board assembly to the back door trim.
10. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE
11. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK COVER





(a) Engage the 2 clips and 4 claws. Install the back door lock cover.
12. INSTALL LICENSE PLATE LIGHT SERVICE COVER





(a) Attach 6 claws to the install license plate light service cover.
