DISASSEMBLY

HINT:
- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (Removal).

1. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT SERVICE COVER





(a) Using a screwdriver, remove the cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER





(a) Using a screwdriver, remove the cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE
4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY





(a) Using a screwdriver, remove the back door trim board.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

5. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM ASSEMBLY (Removal)

6. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (Removal)

7. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER & KEY SET





(a) Disconnect the 2 links from the door lock cylinder.
(b) Remove the 2 nuts and door lock cylinder.
8. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 3 bolts and the door lock, and then disconnect the connector and link.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and door lock actuator from the door lock.
9. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (Removal)

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and outside handle, and then disconnect the connector.
11. REMOVE BACK DOOR GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY OUTSIDE





(a) Remove the 2 nuts and back door outside garnish.
(b) Using a screwdriver, remove the back door outside garnish.
12. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (Removal)
