NAVIGATION: NAVIGATION ECU (for DVD): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Repair Instruction - Initialization.





1. INSTALL NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Install the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A to the ECU.
(b) Install the 2 screws labeled B.






2. INSTALL NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Install the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A to the ECU.
(b) Install the 2 screws labeled B.






3. INSTALL NAVIGATION ECU WITH DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Connect the ECU connectors.
(b) Install the ECU with bracket with the 3 bolts.
4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING Installation

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH Installation

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

11. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Battery

12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

13. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
