With EM010 and EM011 disconnected, measure the resistance between PI042/004 and EM011/008
PI042/004 and EM010/021

Is the resistance < 0.5 (ohms)?
Yes
GO to C4 C4: Check Harness Continuity - Ground (Mechanical Guard)
No
Inspect PI042, EM011, EM010 and PI001 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice EMS01 or PIS09. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
OK?
GO to C18 C18: Check Sensor Supply Voltage
