R8: Check B+ At Relay Coil

Ignition switch to position 0
Disconnect EM014

Inside ECM housing

Ignition switch to position II
Measure the voltage between EM014/00B and relay socket pin 2

- B+?
Yes
GO to R9 R9: Check Harness Continuity - Relay Coil
No
Inspect connectors EM049, EM019 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice EMS38.
Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
