With EM014 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM014/006 and PI033/001 Repeat for EM014/005 and PI033/001

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to R12 R12: Check Harness Continuity - Throttle -VE
No
Inspect connectors EM014, PI002 and PI033 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice EMS19. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
