Flex Mat - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Lay the flex mat (1) onto the seat cushion frame (2) and firmly snap the plastic push pins (3) into place.
2. Install the seat cushion onto the seat cushion frame (2) Seat Cushion Cover - Installation.





3. Connect the flex mat electrical connector (2) to the OCM (1).

CAUTION: Make sure the electrical connector membrane is routed into the retaining clip so it doesn't get chaffed.

4. Install the seat into the vehicle Seat - Installation.

WARNING: Do not connect the battery negative cable Component Tests and General Diagnostics . Serious or fatal injury may result if the system test is not performed first.

WARNING: When replacing the flex mat, the OCM Rezero procedure must be performed Testing and Inspection.

5. Place battery access cover into place and install four bolts.
6. Close deck lid.
