POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Open fused B(+) circuit
- Fused ignition switch output circuit open
- PCM ground circuit(s) open
- No response displayed from DRB
- PCM 5 volt primary supply circuit shorted to ground
- Fused B(+) circuit voltage > 10.0 volts
- Fused B(+) open
- PCM
