Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment




1. Remove the brush cover. Refer to Brush Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the covers from the right and left side that conceal the sunroof glass panel bolts.
3. Separately loosen the sunroof glass panel bolts.




4. Individually adjust the 4 corners of the sunroof glass panel.
5. Adjust the front of the sunroof glass panel to 1.0 mm (1/32 in) below the top surface of the roof panel.
6. Adjust the rear of the sunroof glass panel to 1.0 mm (1/32 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

7. Tighten the sunroof glass panel bolts.

Tighten the sunroof glass panel bolts to 5 Nm (44 lb in).




8. Install the covers to the right and left side that conceal the sunroof glass panel bolts.
9. Install the brush cover. Refer to Brush Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
