Preparatory work




Switch off the ignition.

Removal

Removing the trunk lid lock mechanism





Remove:
- the sill molding in the cargo compartment by lifting it straight up
- 6 hidden clips
- 2 guides
Unplug the sill molding connectors.

Remove:
- the 4 screws
- the connectors (1).




Detach the lock cable from the lock mechanism.

Installation

Installing the trunk lid lock mechanism

Install:
- the lock cable to the lock mechanism
- the lock mechanism
- the 4 M8 screws and tighten
- the connectors
- the sill molding connectors
- the sill molding in the cargo compartment.
