Fan motor

Removing the fan (fan housing removed)




Remove the soundproofing panel on the passenger side according to Passenger side soundproofing Passenger Side Soundproofing.
If the car is equipped with an alarm:remove the screw and slide the "Ultrasonic and glass breakage control modules" to one side.
Disconnect the connector from the blower fan motor.
Cut 10 x 7 cm in the insulation panel and bend the panel.
Remove three screws.
Pull the motor down and pull it out (turn the motor 90 degrees).

Installation
Check the seals.
Install the motor using a twisting movement.
Install three screws.
Connect the connector for the blower fan motor.
If the car is equipped with an alarm:install "the ultrasonic and glass breakage control modules" and the screw.
Install the insulation panel and secure it with tape.
Check the function.
Install the soundproofing panel on the passenger side according to Passenger side soundproofing Passenger Side Soundproofing.
