Checking Selector Lead [HB6]

Checking Selector Lead





- Ignition off.
- Selector lead not connected.

Connect an ohmmeter between selector lead tip and ground.

- Press button.

Ohmmeter should read approx. 0 Ohms.

If reading is OK:
- Check diagnostics lead resistance to ground HB7. Checking Diagnostics Lead Resistance to Ground [HB7]

If reading is incorrect:
- Try another DLC.
