Check that the return line is not blocked
Turn off the ignition.
Unscrew the fuel tank cap to releate any overpressure in the tank.
Disconnect the return line from the fuel distributor and blow through the line.
Blocked line: clean, if necessary replace.
OK: check that the screw holes are not blocked.
Reconnect the return line.

Adjust the line and rest pressures
Sea B70. Clean the line pressure regulator and fit new 0-rings wherever necessary.
