Right Radiator

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Drip Tray for VAS 6100 (VAS 6208)

• Hose Clip Pliers (VAS 6362)

Removing

- Remove the bumper cover.

- Slightly pry off the tabs - 1 and 2 - and remove the air shroud in the - direction of the arrow -.






- Remove the lower coolant hose - 1 - and drain the coolant. Remove the upper coolant hose.






- Slightly pry off the tab - 1 - and remove the air shroud in - direction of the arrow -.






- Remove the coolant pipe - 1 - and the bolt from the radiator. Remove the bolts - 2 - and the radiator.






Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

- Fill the low temperature coolant circuit. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling, Low Temperature Coolant Circuit ] Draining and Filling, Low Temperature Coolant Circuit.

• If the radiator was replaced, then it will be necessary to change all the coolant.
