Removing

- Remove the trim in the center of the instrument panel (Jetta from MY 10, Golf Wagon from MY 10). Refer to => [ Instrument Panel Center Trim, Jetta from MY 2010 and Golf Wagon from MY 2010 ] Instrument Panel Center Trim, Jetta from MY 2010 and Golf Wagon from MY 2010.

- Remove the trim around the heating and A/C controls (Jetta from MY 10, Golf Wagon from MY 10). Refer to => [ Heating and A/C Control Trim, Jetta from MY 2010 and Golf Wagon from MY 2010 ] Heating and A/C Control Trim, Jetta from MY 2010 and Golf Wagon from MY 2010.

- Pry the trim out the rear mounts in the instrument panel using the trim removal wedge (3409).

- Remove the trim - in direction of arrow - from the front mounts.






Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
