Mirror Housing

• The following describes removing and installing the left mirror housing. Removing and installing right mirror housing is identical.

Removing






- Push the wedges (T10383) between mirror housing - 1 - and turn signal - 3 -.

- Turn the wedge in the - direction of arrow a - so that housing - 1 - is pulled forward under trim - 2 - and retaining hooks - 4 - are released.

- Then, remove mirror housing - 1 - from the mirror base plate in a forward direction - arrow b -.

Installation

- Position mirror housing - 1 - and press the mirror housing into retaining hooks - 4 -. The catches audibly latch.

• Then perform a function test.
