• If the rear lid does not open, use the emergency release inside the rear lid trim and open it manually.

Removing






- Remove the rear lid trim panel..

- Refer to => Electrical Equipment for the work procedures for the unlocking element with a rearview camera.

- Disconnect the connector - 3 - from the unlocking element - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - 4 -.

- Then remove the unlocking element - 1 - from the rear lid.

Installation






Installation of the unlocking element - 1 - is performed in the reverse order of the removal.

Tightening specifications for bolts - 4 -: 4 Nm.

- Refer to => Electrical Equipment for the work procedures for the unlocking element with a rearview camera.

• Perform a function test on the unlocking components before closing the rear lid.
