Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

Air Guide Pipe

- Remove the right and left intake tubes --> [ (Item 3) Intake tube ] Air Filter Assembly Overview.

- Loosen hose clamp - 1 - on the throttle valve control module (J338) and remove bolts - 3 - on air guide pipe.





- Forcefully press vacuum hose retainer - 1 - together and remove hose connection downward.





- Then disconnect the hose - 2 -.

- Remove crankcase housing ventilation hose connections - 1 -.





- Then remove both pressure regulation valve bolts - 2 - and remove valve.

Only the upper bolt can be seen in the illustration.

- The air guide pipe - 3 - can now be removed down off the throttle valve control module (J338) and pulled out in - direction of arrow -.
