Mirror Housing

• The following describes removing and installing the left mirror housing. Removing and installing right mirror housing is identical.

Removing






- Insert Trim Remove Wedge (3409) between mirror housing - 1 - and turn signal light - 2 -.

- Guide Trim Removal Wedge (3409) along in - direction of arrow a - as far as outer side of mirror.

- This releases the mirror housing locking mechanisms - 4 - from the catches - 3 -.

- Press mirror glass down into mirror housing - 1 -.

- Pull mirror housing - 1 - in front area slightly away from mirror base plate in - direction of arrow b -.

- Remove the mirror housing - 1 - from the mirror base plate in - direction of arrow c -.

Installation

- Position the mirror housing - 1 - on the mirror base plate.






- Press mirror housing - 1 - down in - direction of arrow - until catches engage audibly.
