Clutch Component Overview

• In case components of the clutch slip out or the clutch pack carrier is lifted up, then use light rotating motions to reposition the large, and if necessary the small, clutch pack carrier in all of the inner clutches.

• The clutch cover, especially, must always be installed in the same position, as it was when the new clutch was delivered => [ Clutch, Installing and Adjusting ] Clutch, Installing and Adjusting.

• Do not remove

CAUTION!
Prevent the removal or lifting of the clutch carrier Not even slightly! The clutch discs can rotate themselves.

3 Double clutch housing

• With assembled clutch "K2"

4 Seal

• 4x

5 Outer clutch disc

• 4x

6 Inner clutch disc

• 4x

7 Thrust washer

8 Securing ring

• In the event the securing ring was removed in order to insert clutch discs again, it must be replaced with a new ring of the same thickness.

9 Clutch cover

10 Securing ring

• Always replace
