Theft Deterrent System

THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR; 2013 MY Corolla [07/2012 -]

1. DTC CHECK/CLEAR (USING TECHSTREAM)

(a) DTC check

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(3) Read DTCs on the Techstream screen.

(b) DTC clear

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(3) Clear the DTCs following the prompts on the Techstream screen.
