1NZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL: IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUG (for Hatchback): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER Removal (from 07/2011)

2. REMOVE NO. 1 IGNITION COIL

(a) Disconnect the 4 No. 1 ignition coil connectors.





(b) Remove the 4 bolts and the 4 No. 1 ignition coils.





3. REMOVE SPARK PLUG





(a) Using a 16 mm spark plug wrench, remove the 4 spark plugs.
