Removal

MIRROR (EXT): OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG Disassembly

2. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP COVER Disassembly

3. REMOVE DOOR ARMREST COVER Disassembly

4. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side) Disassembly

5. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side) Removal

6. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

9. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR PROTECTOR

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the outer mirror protector.

10. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR INSTALL HOLE COVER

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and guide, remove the outer mirror install hole cover.





11. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the 3 bolts.

(c) Disengage the clip and remove the outer rear view mirror assembly.

12. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR Removal

13. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER

(a) Disengage the 5 claws.





(b) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the outer mirror cover as shown in the illustration.
