Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters





WINDOW / GLASS: POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the K11 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the K11 power window regulator master switch assembly.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator master switch assembly may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Door)





(a) Disconnect the J11 power window regulator switch assembly (for front passenger door) connector.

(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the J11 power window regulator switch assembly (for front passenger door).

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch assembly (for front passenger door) may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear LH Door)





(a) Disconnect the M6 power window regulator switch assembly (for rear LH door) connector.

(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the M6 power window regulator switch assembly (for rear LH door).

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch assembly (for rear LH door) may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Rear RH Door)





(a) Disconnect the L6 power window regulator switch assembly (for rear RH door) connector.

(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the L6 power window regulator switch assembly (for rear RH door) connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch assembly (for rear RH door) may have a malfunction.

5. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Door)





(a) Disconnect the K9 power window regulator motor assembly LH (for driver door) connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the K9 power window regulator motor assembly LH (for driver door) connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor assembly LH (for driver door) may have a malfunction.

6. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY AND MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

(a) Disconnect the MB and I12 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.





(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the MB and I12 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) or instrument panel junction block assembly may have a malfunction.

7. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

(a) Disconnect the I87 and I86 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.





(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the I87 and I86 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.

(d) Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.





If the result is not as specified, the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) may have a malfunction.
