ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR: INSTALLATION

HINT
After installing the torsion bar, use your hand to open and close the luggage door. Make sure the luggage door can open and close smoothly.

1. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR TORSION BAR SUPPORT

(a) Install the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.





2. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR LH

(a) Set the tip of the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH in the center installation hole. The upper and lower installation holes are used for adjustment.





(b) Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.





(c) Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.





(d) Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage door hinge and the left side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR RH

(a) Set the tip of the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH in the center installation hole. The upper and lower installation holes are used for adjustment.





(b) Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the left side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.





(c) Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.





(d) Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage door hinge and the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT Installation

6. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FRONT TRIM COVER

7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER LH

(a) Install the luggage compartment inner trim cover LH with the 2 clips.





8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH

(a) Install the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH with the 2 clips.





9. INSTALL LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation

10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT REAR TRIM COVER

(a) Install the luggage compartment rear trim cover.





11. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

(a) Engage the 7 clips and install the rear floor finish plate.





12. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the 2 No. 1 luggage compartment trim hooks with the 2 screws.





13. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (except TMC Made)

(a) Engage the 2 pins to install the 2 No. 1 luggage compartment trim hooks.





14. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY

15. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER CLAMP

16. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT

17. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY Installation

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER Installation

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER Installation

20. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) Installation

21. CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) Installation

22. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH Installation

23. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH Installation

24. CONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

25. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT ANCHOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Installation

26. CONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH Installation

27. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

28. CONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH Installation

29. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation
