EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL LASER SENSOR (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Installation

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.
Torque: 92 Nm (938 kgf-cm, 68 ft-lbf)
3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Engage the 2 guides and install the front bumper energy absorber.
4. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER STAY LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 2 front bumper stay LH.
(b) Install the screw.
5. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER STAY RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (w/o Fog Light)

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the front bumper assembly.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(b) Install the 9 screws and 2 clips.
(c) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

(d) Install the pin hold clip.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (w/ Fog Light)
(a) Connect each fog light connector, and then install the front bumper assembly.

(b) Engage the 4 claws and install the front bumper assembly.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(e) Install the pin hold clip.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

8. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 7 claws and 4 guides, and install the radiator grille sub-assembly.
(b) Install the 2 bolts and clip.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
9. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

(a) Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 6 clips.
10. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

11. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

12. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

13. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

14. ADJUST LASER SENSOR (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
